Michael A. Jacob II was born May 28, 1976, and is a lifetime resident of Clarksdale, Mississippi. After graduating from high school, Michael attended the University of

Mississippi and received a B.S.B.A. in 1998. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Michael returned to Clarksdale for two years before attending Mississippi College School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2002.

Michael joined Chapman, Lewis & Swan as an associate in 2003. His primate areas of practice are General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, and Premises Liability.

Michael is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Mississippi.

Michael is a member of the Coahoma County Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He currently serves on the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association-Board of Governors serving the 11th Judicial District.

Michael is married to a Clarksdale native and has two daughters.
