Antwun Clark vs. General Motors Corporation

Antwun Clark filed suit against General Motors Corporation in the Circuit Court of Holmes County, Mississippi, alleging that his 1984 Buick Park Avenue was defectively designed and manufactured as a result of the Type III door latch, resulting in Antwun Clark being ejected from the driver's side door, resulting in injuries which caused Antwun Clark to be a paraplegic. This case was resolved prior to trial.
