David Sapp vs. Ford Motor Company and Quality Ford, Inc.

David Sapp filed suit against Ford Motor Company in the Circuit Court of Yalobusha County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District, alleging that his 1998 Ford Bronco II was defectively designed and manufactured and rolled over caused significant personal injury to David Sapp. This case was resolved prior to trial.
