Lewis James Trotter vs. Cullum & Hull Pontiac Buick GMC Truck, Inc. and General Motors Corporation

Lewis James Trotter filed suit in the Circuit Court of Carroll County, Mississippi against General Motors Corporation, alleging that his 1984 Chevrolet Celebrity Automobile was defective as the result of the door opening in a one vehicle accident as a result of the Type III door latch, which rendered James Trotter quadriplegic. After years of work, this case was resolved.

Ralph Chapman represented the Plaintiff.
