Joe Lewis Tillman and Wife, Dorothy Tillman vs. DaimlerChrysler Corporation, J.J. Ferguson Sand & Gravel, Inc., Gene Grass d/b/a Grenada Nissan and Grenada Nissan, Inc. and/ob John Does 1-5

The case of Joe Lewis Tillman and Wife, Dorothy Tillman was filed against DaimlerChrysler Corporation and J.J. Ferguson Sand & Gravel, Inc. in the Circuit Court of Leflore County, Mississippi. Joe Tillman was rendered a quadriplegic as a result of an accident which occurred on June 12, 2000, while operating his 1995 Chrysler Cirrus vehicle. In this one vehicle accident, Joe Tillman lost control of his vehicle, and went off the roadway and was ejected from his position as the driver, vaulting him into the rear seat area and resulting in quadriplegia. This case was resolved, confidentially, prior to trial.
