Mamie Winters vs. General Motors Corporation and Jeremy Carnahan and Kelly Fennell

The case of Mamie Winters vs. General Motors Corporation and Jeremy Carnahan and Kelly Fennell was filed in the Circuit Court of Leflore County, Mississippi, as a result of an accident which occurred August 29, 2002. Mamie Winters was riding in a 1999 Chevrolet Astro Van, headed East on Highway 82 in Carroll County, Mississippi, when a 1990 Kenworth 5-axle tractor trailer proceeded through a stop sign, striking her vehicle, causing it to roll and Plaintiff, Mamie Winters, was ejected.

The defendants, prior to trial, settled this case.
