Dianne and McCoy Carroll, as Parents and Next Friends of Jody Wayne Carroll, Their Deceased Minor Son vs. American Honda Motor Company, Inc., et al.

Dianne and McCoy Carroll, as Parents and Next Friends of Jody Wayne Carroll filed suit against American Honda Motor Company, Inc. and their other related entities in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama. In this case, Jody Wayne Carroll was operating a 1992 Honda All Terrain vehicle, which flipped over, rear over front on May 30, 1999, resulting in the death of Jody Carroll. Just prior to trial, this case was resolved.
